The End of Some Email Addresses

Along with everybody else who uses email, I have waged a long and always somewhat losing battle against the spammers of the world. Since almost all my incoming spam is addressed to old email addresses that I stopped giving out years ago and since almost nothing I care to read is now addressed to those addresses, I am about to kill them.

So, if you are thinking of emailing me at any of my “gba.oz.au” or “gbch.net” addresses, do it soon because all email to those addresses will be rejected by the server starting from a date in the very near future. There will be no whitelist, just a blanket ban.

Email addressed to me at my other domains will still be delivered, although it will be subject to pretty draconian anti-spam filtering and suspect items will just silently disappear into a black hole with no indication to the sender of the outcome.
